Ordering the Right Size Bridesmaid Dresses:
INDI Designs offers two options for sizing your bridesmaid dresses or separates.
The first requires that you review the Bridesmaid Dresses Size Chart we use to sew our garments, and compare your measurements to it. Then given your fit preference, choose the size that most closely matches your measurements. To insure that you provide us with accurate measurements, please see our Measurement Guidelines, especially if you decide to take your own measurements, instead of consulting an experienced seamstress.
The second option for sizing your bridesmaid dresses or separates we call 'Custom Sizing' which allows you the option of providing your actual measurements. Using this option your bridesmaid dresses will be custom cut to fit you, so you don't have to force your body into the confines of a specific size. We recommend using this service if when referencing our size chart, your bust and waist measurements differ by more than two sizes.
If this is the option for you, then providing exact measurements taken by a professional alterations / tailoring shop is crucial. There may be a small charge for a seamstress to take your measurements, but this should insure that if your bridesmaid dresses or separates require alterations to get that perfect fit, they are minor. Using our Custom Sizing option is an additional $25.

Will My Bridesmaid Dresses Require Alterations:
We're confident that our bridesmaid dresses will fit better than those available from most retail stores or other online vendors, however every body is slightly different and achieving that subjective and perfect fit, may still require alterations. After the initial fitting, it is not uncommon for a seamstress to still have to make additional adjustments to a bridesmaid dress, even when she took your measurements herself.
Bridesmaid Dress Fabric Samples:
We suggest that when color is crucial, you order a fabric sample or samples before placing your order. Color settings vary from monitor to monitor, so it's impossible for use to guarantee that the color you see on your personal computer monitor, will exactly match the color of the actual fabric. Bridesmaid dress fabric samples are just $2 each and can usually be delivered to you within the week.

When Will My Bridesmaid Dresses Arrive:
We pride ourselves in delivering our bridesmaid dresses and separates within three to four weeks after you place your order. Shipping options which may accelerate delivery are provided as part of your checkout process. Within the continental United States we usually ship via USPS Ground.
Bridesmaid Dresses Pricing:
We've eliminated all levels of distribution involved in making your bridesmaid dresses. There are no middlemen, and there is no additional overhead between you and the production of your bridesmaid dresses. This makes it possible to use quality materials and highly skilled seamstresses to provide you with excellent craftsmanship, at a very reasonable price. With no inventory, no brick and mortar stores, and no middlemen distribution chain, your relationship from cutting table to shipment, is with INDI Designs alone.

Is Ordering Bridesmaid Dresses Online Safe:
We use Pay Pal Merchant Services, which safeguards your customer information with PCI compliant standards. PCI is the Payment Card Industry Security Standard, a set of requirements designed to ensure that all companies that process, store, or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.
What Forms of Payment Are Accepted for Bridesmaid Dresses:
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not currently accept payment via check or money order.
Privacy Policy:
INDI Designs uses remarketing to show display ads to people who have already indicated an interest in our brand by visiting our online store. Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the Internet. Many of these vendors use cookies to serve ads based on someone's past visits to our website. Visitors can opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting the Ads Preferences Manager, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
Beyond the use of cookies for remarketing, no information you provide us will be shared with anyone, or any entity.

Return Policy:
We offer one of the best quality custom dresses available online. In the event however, that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by following the steps outlined here:
1) Within 48 hours of receiving your garment, request a Return Authorization Number. Timely requests will receive a RA# via email. Your RA# must be clearly written on the exterior of your return package just below the shipping label. Packages without an Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to sender.
2) Enclosed with your order, and stapled to the packing slip is a Return Shipping Label. Affix this label so that it completely covers the shipping label bearing your address.
3) Neatly fold and repackage your garment(s) using all the materials with which they were packed.
4) Return your package to a drop off location for the shipper listed on the Return Shipping Label. Shipments within the U.S. are usually shipped using the U.S. Postal Service® (USPS). UPS customers can drop off returns at any UPS or USPS location, including their own mailboxes. Packages shipped FedEx must be dropped off at a staffed FedEx drop-off location.

5) Return packages must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise.

PLEASE NOTE:
Bridesmaid dresses must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have all tags intact and still attached.
If a garment is returned in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Returns are shipped back at the customer's expense. Return shipping and a $25 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund credit.
